Riskora does not provide legal advice, safety consultancy, or professional health and safety services. The platform produces structured drafts based on your inputs and industry templates. As with any document tool, you are responsible for reviewing outputs to ensure they are suitable and sufficient for your specific task, site, and jurisdiction.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all documents generated by the platform before use
• Ensuring that all outputs are suitable and sufficient for the specific task, site, and conditions to which they will be applied
• Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Ensuring that all documents are reviewed, adapted, and approved by a competent person before implementation on site

Generated outputs are intended as structured starting points. They should always be reviewed, adapted, and signed off by a suitably qualified and competent individual before use on site.

3. No Warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riskora makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of:

• Accuracy or completeness of generated content
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Merchantability or non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Riskora, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury, property damage, or any harm arising from reliance on generated documents
• Legal action, enforcement notices, fines, or penalties arising from the use of platform outputs

In any event, Riskora's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Riskora in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £0 if the user is on the free tier.

5. Professional Disclaimer

Riskora is a document preparation tool. It is not a substitute for a qualified health and safety professional, competent person, or any other regulated adviser.

Use of the platform does not create any advisory, consultancy, fiduciary, or professional relationship between Riskora and the user. Users should seek independent professional advice where required.

6. User Obligations

By using Riskora, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when generating documents
• Not rely solely on generated content without independent review and verification
• Ensure competent person sign-off before any document is used on site or submitted to a client
• Use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose

7. Audit & Records

The platform may store document history, version records, edits, and sign-off information. This functionality is provided for the user's convenience and traceability purposes only.

Storage of such records does not constitute legal certification, regulatory approval, or any form of compliance verification by Riskora.

8. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they input and the documents they generate. Riskora retains all rights in its platform, templates, algorithms, and underlying technology.

9. Modifications to Terms

Riskora reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Riskora platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
