Build Irish construction RAMS aligned with SHWWA 2005 and the Construction Regulations 2013. Site-specific, HSA-ready.
Frequently asked questions
- Do Irish construction sites need RAMS?
- Yes — under the Construction Regulations 2013, the PSCS and each contractor must plan, manage and monitor construction work with site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
- Do I also need a Safety Statement?
- Yes — the Safety Statement is required by SHWWA 2005 at the organisation level. RAMS sits under it at the site / task level. Most Irish contractors need both.
- Is a UK RAMS acceptable in Ireland?
- It's better than nothing, but PSCS and auditors expect references to Irish law (SHWWA 2005, Construction Regs 2013) — not CDM 2015. Riskora produces the Irish version.
