No. The free account requires only an email address — no card is collected. A card is only needed when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings and will run until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are paid up front and cover the full 12 months. There is no minimum contract on monthly plans.

Yes. Every payment automatically generates a VAT invoice that you can download from your billing portal. You can add your company name, address and VAT number so invoices are correctly addressed for your accountant or finance team.

Starter is £29 per month, Pro £69, Team £129 and Business £249. Enterprise is custom-priced — plans typically start from £499/month or £4,990/year depending on users, branches, document volume, onboarding and support requirements. All paid plans get unlimited drafts, the structured RAMS builder, hazard libraries and clean PDF download — your monthly allowance is only used when a document is signed off, locked and downloaded. Annual billing gives you two months free on every published tier.

Yes. Choosing annual billing on any paid tier gives you two months free — for example Starter is £290 per year instead of £348, and Pro is £690 per year instead of £828. Annual plans are billed up front for 12 months.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Riskora accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can be invoiced annually by request — get in touch from the support page to arrange this.

We don't offer refunds for time already used because the free account lets you fully evaluate the platform before any payment is taken. If you're charged for a renewal you didn't intend to keep, contact support — we handle these case-by-case and aim to be reasonable.

Yes. Riskora data is hosted in the UK, encrypted in transit and at rest, and aligned with UK GDPR. We're working toward ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification. You retain full ownership of every document you create and can download them as PDF at any time.

Yes. Although the hazard libraries are strongest for UK construction, archaeology, landscaping, utilities and general builders, the structured builder works for any trade that needs RAMS, risk assessments or method statements — including cleaning, events, manufacturing and facilities maintenance.
