- What about occupied properties?
- The RAMS has an occupier section — working hours, zone segregation, dust and noise limits, communication plan and out-of-hours emergency contact.
- How is temp works handled?
- For any structural opening or load transfer, the RAMS references the temp works design and requires a competent engineer's sign-off before works start.
- Is it Building Regs / CDM compliant?
- The RAMS aligns with CDM 2015 duties and references the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor roles. Building Regs approval is separate and remains with the designer.
