US Support & Contact

Riskora is used by US contractors, subs, and safety managers across every OSHA region. This page is the short version of how to reach us from the United States — and an honest note on where the company is registered, because that matters when you're choosing a vendor for compliance-adjacent work.

How to reach support

  • Email: support@riskora.cloud — monitored Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 ET (with UK coverage on the other side of the day, so most tickets are answered within a few business hours).
  • Account & billing: billing@riskora.cloud — invoices, plan changes, refunds, W-9 requests.
  • Security & data: security@riskora.cloud — vulnerability reports, DPAs, vendor due-diligence questionnaires.
  • Help centre: riskora.cloud/support — how-to guides, troubleshooting, and the FAQ.

US mailing address

A US mailing address for legal notices, W-9 requests, and vendor onboarding paperwork is being established. Until it is live, send paper correspondence to our UK registered office (listed in the footer) or email billing@riskora.cloud and we will scan and route it.

Legal entity — the honest version

Riskora is operated by a company registered in England & Wales. We do not currently operate a separate US legal entity. Practically, that means:

  • Your contract is with the UK entity. Most US customers do not need a US-incorporated counterparty; if you do, tell us at procurement and we will work it through.
  • Customer data for US users is hosted in the EU/UK by default. US data residency is available on Business and Enterprise plans — ask security@riskora.cloud.
  • We are not a US law firm and we don't issue OSHA opinions. Riskora is a documentation platform; the named competent person on your project is still the person who signs the JHA.

Editorial & review

US-targeted safety content on this site is reviewed against 29 CFR 1910, 29 CFR 1926, USACE EM 385-1-1, NFPA 70E, and the ANSI/ASSP Z10 / Z490.1 consensus standards where they apply. The named reviewer for US content is listed at the top of every US article and on our editorial standards page. If you spot a factual error in a US page, email editorial@riskora.cloud with the URL and a citation and we will correct it (or push back with a citation of our own).
