- Does OSHA require a JHA?
- OSHA does not have a single standard mandating JHAs by name, but many standards (fall protection, lockout/tagout, confined spaces, respiratory protection) require hazard assessment. OSHA Publication 3071 sets out the JHA method that most GCs and safety managers expect.
- Will OSHA accept a generated JHA?
